# Aictiq

> Project management for software teams and their coding agents. Boards, sprints, backlog, wiki and analytics, plus a factory that sends a ticket to Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor or GitHub Copilot on a runner you control and brings back a branch, a pull request and an audit trail.

Key facts:
- The runner (`npm install -g @aictiq/cli`) runs on your laptop, VPS or CI box and only makes outbound HTTPS calls. Aictiq never holds your code.
- You bring the machine and the harness subscription. Aictiq adds no token markup and provides no compute or models.
- One live run per ticket, enforced by the database. Each run gets its own token, revoked when the run ends.
- The runner is not a sandbox: the agent runs as the OS user you choose.
- Merge stays human. Aictiq never merges or deploys.
- Open source under AGPL-3.0. Self-hosted is free with every feature (`docker compose up`). Hosted is $49 per organization per month with unlimited people, agents, projects and items. 30-day evaluation, no card.
- Support for hosted is email during European business hours. No SLA.
- Telemetry is off by default.
