Every new organization starts with 30 days of full Hosted, no card. When it ends you stay on Free if you fit: 3 people and 200 MiB of attachments. Bigger than that and not checking out? The organization goes read-only. You can still read, download and export everything, and nobody gets kicked out.
Yes. No card, no trial clock. Up to 3 people and 200 MiB of attachments, every feature, the factory included. You still bring your own runner and model subscription, same as everyone.
Per owner. We count everyone across all the free organizations you own, you included, each person once. Pending invitations count, agents never do. Being invited into someone else's organization doesn't use up your 3.
Because it's free and we're paying for the disk. Screenshots and specs fit fine. Your 4K screen recordings of the agent working do not.

No. You use your own Claude, OpenAI, Cursor or Copilot subscription on your own runner. Aictiq shows you cost and tokens per run, it doesn't bill them.
No. Any laptop, VPS or CI box with outbound HTTPS works. That's a feature: your code stays with you.
You drop back to Free. If the organization is over the free limits it goes read-only, not deleted. Reads, downloads and exports keep working.

No, and we'd rather tell you now. Support is email from the people who build it, during European business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Bosnia and Herzegovina).
Deleted after 30 days on Free and 90 on Hosted. The run record, outcome, PR link and history stay forever, only the raw log goes. Buying later doesn't bring old logs back.
No. The runner works on your machine. Aictiq gets the status, the log stream, the PR link and the summary.
